| Voice Style and Accents My native accent is British English RP, but not overly posh! I have a natural, friendly voice, and I'm told I sound a little younger than I look. I'm clear and articulate without being patronising - ideal for narrations! I can bring a degree of enthusiasm to even the driest of material. And I can certainly drive the 'hard sell' if needed!
I have a great ear for accents. I grew up in London but I've lived in the North of England for over 20 years. And I can produce a variety of accents and character voices with accuracy and humour! From Somerset to Dundee! I have my own recording facility allowing fast voice-overs worldwide, delivered as mp3, WAV, AIFF, Ogg Vorb or on CD. I have clients in New York, Canada, and even as far afield as Bolton!

My first experience of voiceover work began with Sanderson CBT in Sheffield. We worked together on a large number of computer-based training projects including the Captor On-Board training project for P&O Cruiseliners. I gained further invaluable experience recording material for Open Learning training courses, for clients such as Marks & Spencer, Comet Electrical and The UK Patent Office. In 2001 I joined the Manchester based voice talent agency, Tongue & Groove I've been a busy actor as well!
